L'ATTITUDE Ventures receives and reviews over 600 submissions. We will evaluate 40 exceptional startups and invited 10 startups to be a part of the Match-Up Class of 2024.

Past Match-Up winners have subsequently joined the L’ATTITUDE Ventures portfolio and together received ~$6M in capital.

L’ATTITUDE Ventures was founded by Sol Trujillo and Gary Acosta, with investments from Salesforce and United Airlines. Sol and Gary were later joined by partners Oscar Munoz (former United Airlines CEO), Kennie Blanco, Laura Moreno Lucas, and Pete Amaro.

Match-Up is L’ATTITUDE Ventures’ annual pitch competition at the L’ATTITUDE Conference. Select entrepreneurs are invited to showcase their companies to a national audience, which includes institutional funds, angel investors, and strategic investors. L’ATTITUDE Ventures invests throughout the year and will invest in several startups pitching at Match-Up. We reserve sizable capital for follow-on investments to accelerate future fundraising efforts of entrepreneurs.
